Advise on disciplinary procedures for employees in accordance with the standing orders and contract labour service conditions.
Assistance in negotiation with the employees for collective bargaining and settle disputes.
Maintain the soft copy of discipline records of employees.
Assist to formulate the disciplinary committee to award the punishments with the consent of factory manager.
Maintain the soft copy of discipline counselling registers maintained at shop floor.
Assist in conducting periodic meetings with the works committee and identify the common grievances of the employees.
Conduct periodic awareness sessions on employee discipline.
Digitalize the grievance system to close the grievances of employees.
Develop enquiry officers by providing necessary training.
